Is there any warranty for this product that I bought on amazon?
I was doing a live stream when suddenly my image froze, the light on the camera ring started blinking. For a moment I thought it was a streamlabs error, so I decided to restart the stream but now the image did not appear, I decided to change the connection port, update drivers, reinstall firmware and even Synapse 4, with no results. As a last resort I connected it to my cell phone to see if maybe it was my computer, finally it was the camera. I bought it on September 24, 2024. Less than a year and it has burned out, I have it on a tripod, dust free environment, stable temperature, cleaning with microfiber towel and still I have lost it, maybe there is a warranty solution?
