My experience in few words (as I wrote my Amazon AU review)

. I don’t think the forum can help. But useful for someone else ;)

 

It was good while it worked for 3 months. Flickered, crackled and the camera died in the middle of a Teams call. I have been trying to reach Razor support for a few days now. Usually, the queue is 5 or 6 long but it takes a few hours to reach your turn. But kicks you out every time with a "no agents available" when it's your turn. It's so close to a scam even ;) Who knows. 

My money wasted but don't waste your money buying anything Razor. I was the one who was so confident that Australian consumer protection is there for you. But, who knows where this Company is operating from? I believe Amazon should take responsibility for this kind of poor customer service since we trust Amazon as a brand and their store.
