Razer Kiyo disconnecting - Apparent Cable Issue

For some reason it seems if I move the cable or move the camera, it disconnects. I wonder if this can be fixed or if anyone has experienced the same issue. On a side note, I threw my camera's packaging away before registering the product and now I can't find the RZ registration number. I got the S/N number. Can I sort this out somehow? Thanks a lot.
