Razer Kiyo doesn't work

Hi there! I recently bought Razer Kiyo and when I plugged it in no light indicating that camera is on and no image at all (microphone is working properly). I tried to update Filmare, but it says to plug in the webcam (yes, I tried to use different USB ports) and even on other pc it's not working. Razer Synapse can see the webcam, but I can't see the preview of the video or adjust anything. Don't know what to do at this point(
