my camera stopped working midwork. I bought my razer kiyo camera 1.5 years ago. Today while working it started flashing and i couldnt turn it off. I unglugged it, restarted my laptop, and now it flashes once and the camera doesn’t turn on. if i go into zoom video settings it flashes continuously.

I will do the same. Mine stopped working after 2 years. That is much too short a time. Waste of money
I’m having similar-but-different behavior: The light flicks on and off once when I open Zoom, then stays off. Zoom reports seeing and using the camera, but it’s only showing a black screen. I’ve tried updating firmware, no luck.
Mine’s about to hit the 2-year mark and, surprise surprise, it’s pulling the same crap. Went to my parents’ place for the holidays, unplugged all my gear in the office just to be safe. Got back, plugged everything back in one by one. Then I try to use my camera—bam, one flash, and it’s dead. Like, seriously? This has gotta be some software BS or straight-up built-in obsolescence. Either way, I’m done with this brand for good. I’ve been rocking Razer gear since, like, 2008-2009, and man, their quality’s been all over the place lately.
