Hi! My Razer Kiyo started malfunctioning today. I've had it since December 2024, so just 6 months of regular use (usually 1~3 times a week for 50min).

I've tried:
- Updating the firmware (unable to, since the message shown is “Plug in the camera to your PC” even though it is plugged, and “Update” button is deactivated)
- It shows up in Device Manager after a restart, and I was able to Disable/Enable it there, but once I try to use it, it starts to flash, doesn't generate any video, and disappears from Device Manager
- Plugging it to all of my other USBs, once I replug it, there's a Windows notification for “USB Device not Recognized”
Tried checking other threads and videos and couldn't find a similar problem.
Has anyone seen this? Is it bricked? Is there any physical way to try a factory reset?
