[Razer Kiyo] Issue with options grayed out

Good day, i've just recieved my Kiyo but after the initial setup, all the cam options are grayed out as for attachment. I've already tried the "complete uninstall" thrice, but is not working. I would gladly use some help, as i need the new cam for streaming. Thanks and best regards.

Exactly the same problem here, I would like an ANSWER from Razer about that, the cam is 109€ cost !

Same problem to me as well. Tried what other forums suggest but no luck... Everytime I use the cam with another program, the camera has to be uninstalled/ reinstalled to have the options back...

same problem. if they dont fix this I am definitely never buying a razer product again. My experience with the viper ultimate already had me close to this decision.

sad that razer is clearly ignoring this issue. just gonna return it I guess and leave a fitting product review. that makes 1 out of 3 good razer products that I've bought recently. Had to return a defective Seiren X mic too. love my basilisk mouse, but danggg
