I recently got the razer kiyo but if I try to click on it in razer synapse it shuts down the application. Does anyone know a fix or solution for this?

    I also have a problem with the Kiyo.Synaps and Windows sees the camera but the led white indicator on the camera doesn't light up and I can't use the camera. Help!
