Razer Kiyo not working

I just got a brand new Razer Kiyo, because that seems to be the only thing left in my area, and my computer recognizes the USB for the camera, but the light never turns on. Every time I go into the Synapse software, it says that the "Camera is currently in use by another application" and therefore, cannot see a preview. When I try and look, there is nothing being used by the camera and the camera lights are not on. I have tried different USB ports and tried reinstalling the software but for some reason, the camera's lights do not turn on and I can never get a preview. I am expected to have a webcam for work meetings in Zoom.
