razer kiyo not working after moving to new computer

i built a new computer and installed my razer kiyo. nothing was coming up so i did all the uninstall reinstall things. even tried different usb ports. now i get to picking between saved settings or chroma and it wont let me choose either one. please help

Same here.... look unfocused and can't seem to be able to fix it I'm on mac

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Were you able to update the camera's firmware? HeyDocFUNKist! The Razer Kiyo is compatible with Windows 7 64-bit or higher. It may or may not work if the camera is used on Mac OS. Also, the camera work with Razer Synapse 3.0 only, and the Razer Synapse 2.0 is the only software compatible with Mac OS.
