Razer Kiyo [Not working] - crash without error mssg

I brought the razer kiyo last year around May 2022, and I have been using it since then and it works perfectly out of the box, and only recently the camera became unresponsive, once the camera is activated on razer synapse & obs it crash(?), and the I check the divide manager the camera is no longer detected, but It recovered after I unplugged and replugging it in and crash when I activated the camera. The camera remained unresponsive as I tried these steps and yielded no result.
  • update razer kiyo firmware to the latest update
  • repairs synapse
  • uninstalled synapse
  • reinstalled synapse
I assumed this is the hardware program that got corrupted somehow maybe(?), is there anything I can do to fix it? Like format, the hardware or is there a way to send it back to razer for repair? Thank for reading how this can be resolve soon
