Razer Kiyo Pro issues with OBS

When I turn on OBS or Streamlabs, none of my streaming platforms will recognize the Razer Kiyo Pro. Facebook Messenger Video chat won't even launch. Consequently, when I turn on Facebook Messenger Video chat or Skype beforehand, both OBS and Streamlabs won't recognize the Kiyo Pro. I have zero issues using my iPhone through the iVcam app. I have a Radeon VII, all my system updates/drivers are caught up.

How does the webcam appear on your Device Manager, and do the apps have permission to access the camera? For now, please check your Privacy Settings and send me the serial number of your Kiyo Pro. I'll take it from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
