Razer Kiyo resolution in Microsoft Teams is super-low, but fine everywhere else. Why?

I've just got a Razer Kiyo webcam to get away from the appalling built in webcam on my work Dell laptop.

It seems to work well but as soon as I start a call in Microsoft Teams the resolution drops to something so low that it's completely pixelated. I've tried using the Kiyo direct into Teams and also via OBS Virtual Cam and it still looks the same.

The image looks fine in OBS and fine in the windows Camera App and also appears okay on Zoom. What can I do to make MS Teams use 1080p or 720p rather than this super low res?

Exmaples here:

Here's the low res in Teams (*Omitted for security reason)
And here is how it looks in the Windows Camera App (*Omitted for security reason)

Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port or computer and check if the issue persists? Also, update its firmware by clicking this link. Otherwise, please send me a PM, including the device's serial number. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
