Razer Kiyo - RZ19-0232 - Flickers to turn on then shuts off

When turning on the camera the front light turns on like it is about to turn on and stay on but then it goes dark and is doesn’t turn on. I am then prompted that there is an issue with the camera and to use an alternate method. I have installed the firmware and updated the camera and then tried it on 2 separate computers. Still doesn’t work. I never had issues before, had a meeting, it worked then by next meeting same day problem started. Can anyone assist?

    I have the same issue.  I’ll be filing a warranty claim.
