Razer Kiyo RZ19-02320 | failing | strange image in camera

Hello, I hope somebody can helps me. I have the model RZ19-02320 and I see the attached screen when I'm using my camera. My operating system is Windows 10 firmware update to latest one from Razer Kiyo | RZ19-02320 Support (but its not solved the problem) Please I appreciate all feedback because I cannot use my camera ONLY on this machine. I did connect it to my laptop and it working as expected. I tried to uninstall / reinstall drivers and also did the same with Synapse app. Thank you in advance for your time and your help.

    Were there any changes applied to your system before the issue? Have you tried using it on a streaming platform like XSplit or OBS and check if it yields the same issue? I would like to take a closer look at the behavior. Please send me the serial number of your Kiyo via PM. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
