Does the issue happen while connecting the camera to another USB port or computer? Ensure that you are connecting the device directly to our PC’s USB port, not through a USB hub. Moreover, try removing all Razer-related files from your PC by installing the Razer Driver Clean-up tool. Once done, restart your computer and reinstall Razer Synapse 3, including updates.
