Razer Kiyo: "The current settings on your camera is different from Razer Synapse."

This warning pops up and asks me which settings I would like to keep. Neither button, camera or synapse, works, and i cannot use the software to adjust the camera, but the camera works in OBS and chroma cam, zoom, etc. How can I correct this? I want to try the software and none of the solutions on here that I have found works.

Comprei um Fazer Gold pelo Pic Pay no valor de de R$20,00 , eu copiei o código lá , tudo certinho, fui lá no site , puis o código que eu recebi.. só que não tá dando, tá toda hora dizendo que a compra não pode ser realizada.. sendo que eu tenho o recibo lá tudo certinho, com o mesmo código e tals..

Reinstalled both Synapse 2 and driver from device manager as described in reddit thread about same issue. No effect. Image is washed out and cannot get past popup to use software. Latest firmware is installed.
