My Razer Kiyo suddenly stopped working. When I plug it in, my computer sees the device. But when I try to use it, it starts up and the ringlight lights up, but then it suddenly stops and disappears from the computer while the ring stays lit. I remove unplug it and plug it back in, it shows up in my devices but disappears again when I try to use it.
I’m trying to update the firmware but am unable to as it tells me to contact support.
Any help on this please?
