i’ve had my razor kiyo since 2022, in the beginning of 2024 is randomly stopped working my and was no longer detected on my pc, i’ve tried updating the drivers, uninstalling, updating synapse, etc. nothing has worked. also on synapse it’ll sometimes say it’s there but when i click on it, synapse freezes and shuts down.
