When I plug in my headphones not only will no sound play, but it stops programs from working. For example, Youtube and Youtube music look as if they’re buffering indefinitely, Videos that are saved on my hard drive do the same thing when i try to play them and even using windows sound config to test the headphones will lock up and freeze. Everything works fine with my normal speakers (leviathan v2) but if I try to switch back to leviathan after plugging in my headphones, it won’t work until I reset the pc without the headphones plugged in. Anyone have any ideas?

Can you test your headset on another computer to see if the issue continues? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the audio issue.
