I am having the same issue. I uploaded a test I was performing to my google Drive for all to hear. I need help!! i don't know if links are allowed.     Thanks for all this information. Since you've already clean reinstalled your Synapse, I'd like to take a closer look at it. Please gather its logs with the help of this guide. For now, let's try to further Isolate the issue by following the steps on this page.
