Razer Kraken 2019 no sound

my Kraken 2019 model was working perfectly up until windows 10 updated a few weeks ago and now there is no sound at all. Everything is configured as it should be, the headphones are just simply not making any sound. I have literally no idea where to begin fixing this issue, it just doesn't make any sense why they just stopped making sound.

      Just bought it, but I have no sound only when the 7.1 surround sound is selected as default playback device. They might need to update their drivers. Otherwise the headphones are working just fine with the normal driver. Try them with a phone, maybe they stopped working, if they do work, check the playback device in the volume settings.
