Razer Kraken 2019 not detected in Synapse

Hi, I just recently acquired the Razer Kraken 2019 headphones and they work (a little low on the volume side I think) but my PC (windows 10) just sees them as Realtek Speakers and my Synapse doesn't detect them at all. I had no problem downloading and activating the 7.1 surround sound (choosing Realtek High Definition Audio as output) and I think they work (I see now a separate device named 7.1 Surround Sound, though it needs the Realtek Speakers enabled to work) So is there a way I can see them in my Synapse? It's the newest 3.5 version and I can see my keyboard and mouse, the only problem is the headphones. Please help, thanks
