Howdy!



So, I just got the Razer Kraken 2019 and as the title says, im having some issues with my sound.



On my PC, the sound is very echo-ish, the ''Bass'' is all over the place. However when I plug it to my phone or even my TV, the sound is absolutely perfect.



On my PC Im using a HyperX headset which works perfectly fine, so here's what I've tried so far.



(Side note, this headset uses the AUX chord with a splitter for headset + mic, im using the latter. So there is no drivers to install)



#1: Tried regular black AUX Chord & Splitter

#2: Plugin & restarting PC.

#3: Restarting PC & Plugin

#4: Double checking AUX connectors on my PC with other devices (The sound was fine).

#5: Played around a bit with the Sounds settings (Hertz and audio channels).



So now Im completely lost and hoping someone can give me a hand :(

Thanks for sharing all you've done so far. For now, follow this guide to try to fix the problem. If the issue persists, send me the serial number of your headset. I can use those to verify its moel look for other possible solutions.
