razer kraken, 3.5 jack, volume too low

hey Does your headset have a volume control on the cable for the headset? Is your main audio volume set to something above low, in settings. My razers cut out to left side at first, i have to set the volume higher on the headphones volume control to get both left and right. Then adjust the in game volume or video clip / music aps volume accordingly. Check all your settings carpet bomb effect put them all to 50% one them gotta hit.
