Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma headphones right speaker not working.

When my computer plays sound, it only comes out of the left headphone. I am unsure of when this started, as I rarely use the headphones, but it hasn't been over a month. The microphone and lights work, only the sound is broken. So far I have tested:
  • Using different programs.
  • Audio balancing.
  • Plugging into different ports on the same PC.
  • Twisting different sections of the wire.
  • Updating Razer Synapse.
  • Restarting the PC.
Currently I am unable to test the headphones on other devices, or test other headphones with the same computer, as this is the only pair of headphones that work with this computer and this is the only device I have that works with these headphones.

    Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Have you tried running the Windows sound troubleshooter? Also, ensure to connect the headset directly to your computer's USB port. If this is a desktop PC, connect it at the rear USB ports and check if the issue persists.
