I have an original Razer Kraken 7.1 and at random intervals all sounds on my pc including, discord, chrome and games get really loud, I need to either close the tab, game or change the default device on discord multiple times for it to get back to normal. Has anyone had the same problem? If so I need a fix

I have this exact same problem, what happens is when you switch channels in discord the discord application gets dropped from the Synapse mixer application and it just blasts discord on full volume. The only fix i've noticed is to just kill discord and keep restarting it until Synapse recognizes the app again. This is a bug in the software I wish Razer would fix it. This problem only happens with discord and for headsets that are "discord certified" they seem to have a lot of problems with it.
