Hello dear all,



I've had this Razer Kraken 7.1 for years, and it's in perfect condiction so far. I've only had to change earcuffs once in over 6 years.



However, over the past few months I've been experiencing this incredibly disturbing problem which causes the sound/volume to go crazily loud and whatever is being played on it is mixed up with a buzzying sound. It almost hurts my ears, and it vanishes in two forms: either by itself as suddenly as it appeared, or if I mute/close the application and start again. It has happened while using Discord, Skype, Teams mainly.



Has it ever happened to anyone, and how did you fix it?
