Razer Kraken 7.1 (V1) Audio Distortion Issues While on Call

Hello, I have a razer kraken 7.1 (V1), I'm running into an issue where it will randomly when in a voice chat (discord or google voice) on call, the speakers will distort audio extremely loud for a small period of time, to a deafening extent. Is there some sort of software/driver incompatibility with Windows 10, or programs and these headphones? I really is completely random, some days it will be fine and other days it will occur fairly frequently. I have scoured the internet and haven't been able to find an answer. Please help, From my ringing ears

This has been driving me mad for months, same model. Razer Snyapse 3 doesn't support the headset, so I'm worried this is never going to be fixed =/

Yeah this has been going on for the better part of a year now, and I haven't been able to get any help whatsoever about it. I ended up just buying a new Headset outside of Razer. Hope you can get some help!
