Hello, I would like to know how to fix the problem once for all. So at the beginning when my PC turns on i get a weird sound from my headset and i need to unplug them and plug them back in. Then my synapse 2.0 wont recognize them. I reinstalled windows 3 times by now in less then 3 months just because of this expensive headphones. I created 2 new accounts for razer just because of the headphones. Nothing helped nothing solved the problem i have all the latest updates both usb hubs, bios, windows, synapse and what do i know what more. I will cry at the day when i start my pc and i dont need to do anything about the headset and that i can use them for the money i paid them. Thanks.

    Its like a hight pitched tone and disorted, started after 1 year of use.

    Thanks for the reply. Have you tried using a different PC to see if the same issue persists?

    Yes it still persists its because synapse 2.0 i uninstalled it now everything works fine no more wierd stuff happening with my headset and ppl hear me better than ever, fix your software i wont use it agian no chance.
