Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 HID Compliant Headset Error causing BSOD

Hi Razer support,

I have a Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 which is just over a year old and have been having errors with the driver for the headset causing BSODs mid-game for several weeks now. I have reinstalled Razer Synapse several times with the headset's driver but keep experiencing several BSOD and game crashes linked to this. Running Windows 10 Home 64 bit 2004 update, Intel i7 8700K, 32GB RAM and a GTX 1080Ti. Attached is the event viewer critical error messages received:

"A problem has occurred with one or more user-mode drivers and the hosting process has been terminated. This may temporarily interrupt your ability to access the devices."

"The device HID-compliant headset (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem."

Cheers
