Razer kraken 7.1 V2 is going crazy.

I've recently noticed a problem with my kraken 7.1 v2. This is what exactly happened, basically I bought this headset in 2018 during Christmas and last yr around November, I noticed that my headset's bass and treble decreases twice when i drop my volume and it is more noticeable when I put my ear beside the RGB logo at the back of the headset's audio driver.
