Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 (USB) randomly unplugging itself electronically (not physically)

This is a problem that I've experienced for months now, with no solution. Every few hours, my headset would suddenly turn off. The lights would go off and I would hear an audible tap. A few seconds later, the lights come back on, alongside an audible tap. This is the same thing that happens when I unplug the headset, however, I'm not actually unplugging it. It's there. The USB cable is connected, but the headset suddenly acts as if it isn't. However, I won't hear any sound from my programs and would need to restart them to get sound back. I've tried different USB ports and even a USB hub, but to no avail. This is extremely annoying. Can I get some help?

Hi there! When did this start? Also, have you tried connecting it to another port or PC to see if it persists?

How about on a different PC? Does the same thing happen? PM me the serial number of your Kraken 7.1 V2. Let's continue there.
