Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 USB stuck
I just bought the razer kraken 7.1 v2 headphones and the usb for the headset got stuck on the eSATA port. The Razer Synapse app doesn’t recognize the headphones either. Please help.

Older eSATA ports do not supply power through the same port. If that is the case, the headset won't have the power to properly function. You'll have to pull it out of there and hope the connectors do not get damaged.
