Razer Kraken Chroma Kitty BT edition does not turn on or off

hi i just bought the kraken chroma kitty headset a few days ago and it was working fine. but now it only turns on with the charger cable in it. i have left it to charge as usual as well but it will not charge at all. it does not turn on when i press and hold the power button, nor does it turn off, with the cable plugged in. when i plug it in, it turns on immediately, without pressing the power button and it says "pairing" right after. so now my new 'bluetooth' headset is no longer bluetooth. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    Have you tried connecting the headset to a different USB port or computer with a free USB port using the included charging cable for three hours? Please refer to the battery status level indicator below: Otherwise, send me a PM, including the serial number and proof of purchase of the device.
