Razer Kraken detected as not plugged in
I recently got a new razer Kraken headset and after a day I booted up my pc it doesn't work, I check the sound panel (right-click on the sound icon at bottom right > sound) and I notice the headphone device is "not plugged in". I was previously able to restart my computer and it would work again. I was using 7.1 surround sound and so I deleted the 7.1 surrounds sound driver and software, I was also using the splitter provided by razer. The splitter was plugged in the right way though.

I should also mention that the microphone works as I asked my friends in discord and they can hear me, but I get no audio playback after I uninstalled all the drivers, I restarted my pc with the headset plugged in, it says "No speaker or headphones are plugged in"
