Razer Kraken Edition
Hi. My boyfriend just gave me these headphones. Before installing the software that controls the lights of the ears, I could raise and lower the volume from the wheel that has this.
But after installing the software I can only turn the volume up and down from the Razer Insider apps. The button on the headphones is disabled.
Is there a way to accommodate this?
