My razer kraken headphones microphone is not working when plugged into my PC.
When both the jacks are plugged in i get static in the headphones and the microphone does not pick up my voice and just records static.
Can anyone help me with this?

First thing that you should do is to test the mic on a smartphone. If you get the same static noise, then you're looking at a hardware issue. Do send me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can validate the warranty status.
