Razer Kraken headset keeps connecting and disconnecting; freezes computer

It's disconnecting and reconnecting for seconds at a time. It's glitching my computer and freezing it really bad and am unable to move my mouse or exit windows during glitches that last for periods of 3 to 10 seconds. This shouldn't be happening. Saw another thread saying they had the same issues with connecting and disconnecting. Yes, I looked into my computers settings, It shows that it's disconnecting and reconnecting; it freezes and crashes my computer in-between. Also looked into Razer settings, I've changed nothing. This started when I updated yesterday.

Does it behave the same way on other USB ports? For now, perform a clean reinstallation of the app and device drivers by following this guide, and if the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your headset. I can use them to verify its model and look into a more specific solution.
