Razer Kraken Kitty Bt Edition not showing in synapse 3

Hello, I got this headset for christmas and i wanted to connect it in synapse so i can change the leds colors. I registered it as a new device in Razer ID, and it found it, however, it doesn't show up in Synapse 3, even tho i updated the firmware on the mobile app. Do you guys know why ? Thanks by advance <3

      Please perform the following steps below and see if it helps:
      • Uninstall Synapse 3 from Windows Settings > Apps & Features.
      • Download and unzip the Troubleshooting Tool: https://rzr.to/P4gykm.
      • Find "Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool" with the "Application" file type.
      • Right-click the file and click "Run as Administrator".
      • Follow the on-screen instructions.
