Razer Kraken kitty chroma continuano a saltare/ keep jumping

Salve a tutti spero che qualcuno mi possa aiutare... Ho acquistato le mie cuffie kraken kitty chroma a luglio, per i primi mesi non mi hanno dato nessun problema ma dopo un po' hanno iniziato a staccarsi senza un motivo valido, diciamo che è stato graduatorio, prima lo faceva una volta ogni tanto e adesso continua a farlo a ripetizione fino a quando si staccano del tutto e il pc non le rileva più.. Ho disinstallato e reinstallato synapse, provato a cambiare le impostazioni del pc ma niente... tra l'altro quando si staccano fanno un rumore fastidioso..
Premetto che le ho sempre tenute benissimo, mai cadute il filo non è mai stato tirato quindi perchè ha iniziato a darmi questi problemi?

I uninstalled and reinstalled synapse, tried to change the pc settings but nothing .. . among other things when they come off they make an annoying noise ..
I state that I have always kept them very well, never dropped the line was never pulled so why did he start giving me these problems?
