As the title reads, mostly under specific circumstances, my headset will make a ‘’popping’’ sound, disconnect then connect again. This thing happens in loop if it happens. I’ve realized it happens mostly when I launch Fortnite. I also experienced it aat random times. I’ve tried every solution that the threads read. Literally shutting down Synapse fixes everything, but then the stock settings for the headset are awful. I use a custom equalizer and that’s the only thing I use synapse for really.
Turning off the software fixes it all but then my audio is really awful. Any kind of help is appreciated.
I am having this problem as well and none of the troubleshooting steps on the website have fixed it.
It happens more frequently when doing things like joining a discord call or booting certain games.
It also is increasing in frequency over the past month or two, and now it disconnects/reconnects repeatedly for a few minutes, then seems stable for a while. Then it will happen again. It started a couple months after warranty ran out, so I cannot get help through the customer service either.
Hia!
I had a really similar problem where my headset would frequently disconnect and reconnect when I had my audio too loud.

I also had this problem!
The first step is that I’d make sure all your drivers are updated: Windows, Synapse, AMD/Nvidia (whatever you have). That should solidify the ‘stability’.
Now to stop my issues entirely, what I did was reduce the RGB brightness levels VIA Synapse to around 60-70%, entirely dependent on the power of your power supply.
For example, I have a 750w power supply and I’ve set my RGB brightness to 70%. My headset still glows bright- and it completely stopped all disconnecting and reconnecting problems I was experiencing.
You can play around with different levels of RGB brightness but in general, lowering a little bit doesn’t make too much difference visually!
I’m sorry if this ends up not working for you two- I’d possibly check on a different device if possible (to make sure its not just the software’s fault).
Unfortunately none of those steps helped me. I turned off RGB entirely, updated everything, and it still disconnects with a popping sound regularly.
