Razer Kraken Kitty Edition is disconnecting

Have my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition (Pink), but the USB connection seems to disconnect and a second later connects again evert few minutes. Tried also on a 2nd PC but same behaviour. Really annoying while playing games like COD. Any thoughts on a fix?

    Did you already try the steps here? Otherwise, it's highly likely a hardware problem. Avoid posting the serial number of your headset publicly for security reasons. I removed it from your post.
