Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Razer Kraken Kitty Headset. For example, when I am in Discord or LoL Voice and someone speaks, my audio started cutting out. And now, it's not only with communication platforms, when I am listening Spotify or watching Youtube as well. When that happens, the sound system output changes (sound), but the input does not (microphone). Please, I need help. I’ve had this problem for months and I haven’t had a solution. This is what happened to me.

Were you able to perform the steps from this article? Please check if the issue persists while the device is connected to another USB port or computer. If you are using a desktop PC, connect the device in the rear USB port and ensure to plug it directly to the computer's port, not on a hub. I’ll be locking this thread now.
