Razer Kraken Kitty Edition - Major Periodic Mic Clipping

Hellooo, I just purchased the Razer Kraken Kitty Edition and when it's plugged into my Razer Blade 15, the mic does this weird thing where it periodically goes insane and clips like crazy, and then it will be fine for a short while, albeit with poor quality, and then it will clip again. Here is what it sounds like with me just making 'clicking' sounds, if I try to talk during the clipping phases, it is nothing but static. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hCZYJip-bUlp61bWxMooGaE0HIOB7IPo/view?usp=sharing I've tested in my desktop PC and it does not do this there, so I believe it may be a driver or software issue. I've gone thru Device Manager and uninstalled and reinstalled devices there, reinstalled Synapse, and restarted, but no luck. Can anyone advise me on additional steps that I can take that might help? Edit: USB btw if that makes a difference.

    That sounded like a firecracker right up in my ear. Anyways, I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of Synapse and device drivers following this guide. You will also want to try different default formats in the mic settings. Do send me the serial number of the headset so I can look into other possible solutions. *Locking thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
