Razer kraken kitty edition usb disconnecting

Hello, I've a Razer Kitty since april 2021. It's been acting since then, disconnecting frequently. I've tried multiple usb ports (2.x and 3.x), made sure there was no problem with usb alimentation (I'm on windows 10 btw) but always end up with the headset disconnecting. None of my other periphericals, even another headset, get disconnected like this. I tried my headset on another computer, it's also disconnecting after some time. I've also re-installed drivers and softwares with no success. Has anyone encountered the same problem, is there a solution to fix this ? Thank you by advance for your replies.

Have you tried disabling Synapse to check if it behaves the same without it in the background? Isolate the issue by following the steps on this page. But if the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use it to verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
