Razer Kraken Kitty headphones keep disconnecting and reconnecting

Have had and continue having issues with my razer headphones.
They will connect, work for 10 seconds givea pop sound and disconnect, non stop until i unplug.

I bought the headphones back in 2020 when I was out of work. Shortly after I started working again so was unable to use them much. Anytime I did use them, I’d get some decent time before they would act up.

I’ve seen multiple people with they same issues (straight out of package so it’s clearly not a user error), but haven’t seen any way to fix.
Is there anything I can do to get them working properly?

*i have tried using them on my laptop, pc and even connected to my phone and have faced the same issues*
