My Razer Kraken Headset keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting, tried every troubleshooting I can find and tried it on different pc and the issue remains so I think my pc is not the problem. Bought this last March 2023. I have video of this happening please help 😭😭

That’s a bummer. If the problem persists on multiple PCs, it’s highly likely a hardware problem. Nevertheless, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific steps to help you address the connection issue of your headset. Thanks!
