Hi all,
my daughters Kraken Kitty edition has an issue. It doesn’t charge and cannot be turned on anymore.
We had this issue some months ago already and after like 2 days having the headset sit somewhere not being used, it started working again. Now we have the same issue again.
I already contacted Razer Support via a case, but they tell me I have to go to the retailer I bought it from. Unfortunately, this retailed is bankrupt meanwhile - so no chance of me going there. Razers answer to that was simply ‘sorry, we cannot do anything else for you’. This is a bummer as my daughter really liked the headset.
I have checked the forum and it seems more people have similar issues. Like these posts:
Sounds a bit like a potential technical flaw. Any advise on how to fix it? As Razer doesn’t help me I am all in for fixing it myself - if possible at all.
