Razer Kraken Kitty Mic Discord Bug

Hey, so i recently bought a Razer Kraken Kitty Edition Spatial Audio and it was working good and all but now i have a problem of it constantly muting my mic in discord after some weird sounds when i open certain applications. The only way to fix it afterwards is to disconnect and reconnect the headset. Its really annoying and i cant find anything in official problems so if you have a similiar problem and no how to fix it pls answer me. Thanks

Does it only occur on Discord and not on Zoom, Teams, etc.? A faulty headset driver could cause this issue. Let’s uninstall the headset drivers by doing the following: -Press Windows + S on your keyboard to open the Search bar. -Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter. -Go to Audio Inputs and Outputs. -Right-click on your Razer headset and select Uninstall device. -To completely uninstall the drivers, restart your computer. The drivers are automatically installed on your computer after a restart. PM me the serial number of your headset if the issue persists so I can verify its model and look for other ways to fix this. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
